This Privacy Policy explains how ArcticSoft LLC (“ArcticSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit arcticsoft.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, company).

  • Account and billing details (address, tax/VAT, payment method via our payment processor).

  • Support requests, project briefs, form submissions, survey responses.

  • Marketing preferences and event registrations.

  • SMS opt-ins (if you subscribe to text updates).

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, OS, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps).

  • Payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in activities defined as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state laws for advertising measurement; see Your Privacy Choices below.

4) Your privacy choices & rights

  • Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

  • SMS: reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

  • Cookies/Ads: adjust browser settings and (if available) our cookie banner preferences.

  • Access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection (EEA/UK/Swiss & certain U.S. states): submit a request at support@arcticsoft.com.

  • California/Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah residents: you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted ads, and limit use of sensitive data where applicable.

    • We will verify your request and respond within the timelines required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests per state rules.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

5) Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.

6) Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use the Services with this in mind.

7) International data transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

8) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9) SMS communications (if enabled)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS from ArcticSoft related to your requests, projects, or marketing (as applicable).

  • Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • We use your number solely per this Policy and applicable law.

10) Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those practices.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, we will notify you.
